LIBRA Sept 24 - Oct 23
You may find yourself to be a little less energetic and less motivated in
respect to getting practical things accomplished at this time and that may be
due to "issues" in your subconscious mind that may be prompting your
ego for attention. In that sense the
mental energy available for daily tasks may be slightly compromised but there
may be a simple solution in going inwards and engaging in some type of process
of introspection or meditation so that if there is a spiritual or an emotional
concern in the deeper areas of your mind there that your subconscious is trying
to deal with then your mental energy may be in a sense freed up, for more
"focused" practical, mundane purposes, after introspection or
meditation. Taking "cap naps"
is also another means of means of freeing up mental energy and motivation by
way of shutting down your conscious mind temporarily so that you can gain
access to your subconscious or intuition which state of consciousness may ask
for a quite different means of processing or approaching daily issues or
practical concerns at this time in your life.
Maintain adequate levels of protein intake as well as eating fruit may
become important now in order to maintain your physical energy levels and to
maintain your blood sugar level - alcohol may have more of a debilitating
affect on your energy system at this time and so, currently, may not be
advisable. Nor is it advisable to
compromise on the amount of sleep you get now as that need may be stronger now
if you are not feeling as energetically driven as usual. There may be a tendency for you to be less
focused on details now than you might usually be but on the other hand you may
be more attuned to creative methods of dealing with daily tasks at this time
and your use of intuition in respect practical thinking, as opposed to using
"hard analysis" may prove to be more to your advantage due to
unforeseeable contingencies. Compassion
is suggested in relation to those with whom you work or deal with on a daily
basis even if those practical interactions do not involved formal working
relationships - stay flexible and be willing to compromise and allow for
"imperfections."
