CANCER  June 27 - July 23


This may be a time for limiting or restricting your diet, in other words avoiding any unneeded excesses that do not promote your health.  If you find yourself becoming physically tense at this time then it may be advisable to engage in stretching exercises like yoga or even moderate weight-training which may help to stretch your muscles.  If you find yourself plagued by mundane responsibilities now that are aggravating you from the back of your mind or generating passing moments of anxiety then there is probably only one true solution - take care of them.  This is a very good time indeed for taking practical action in respect to little mundane responsibilities and nagging chores that need attending to.  This is a time when you may really benefit from putting things in order and getting personally organized.  When you communicate with others now it may be a good thing to sort of monitor yourself as you may be a little more critical and less tolerant than usual - you might inadvertently come across negatively at times without intending to do so, so it might be a good time to practice an extra measure of empathy and "liberality" in relation to others.  This is probably not a good time to try to get others to do your work for you.  In general - perhaps a time to keep your head down, mind your own business, attend to your practical work and plow ahead.
